The Access to Care has been a successful program for over 30 years because it is a model that works!
Our members, physicians, Board of Directors, funders, intake sites, lab sites, township supporters, staff, community partners and more… are all dedicated to making sure that everyone has access to primary health care services. We are grateful to everyone and encourage you to help Access to Care, too.

Do you know of a community, group or even an individual that would benefit from Access to Care services? Let us know and we will reach out to them. Become a Sponsor, YOU Make All the Difference!
Financial support is essential to providing basic health care services to low-income, uninsured, and under-insured residents in our community. We are eager for cause-marketing, corporate, and event sponsors to help us spread our mission and support our program throughout the community. Access to Care believes in the power of collaborative marketing efforts. We offer cause-marketing sponsors an opportunity to engage consumers on a local level with an organization that is truly unique. With nearly 500 private physicians, more than 60 plus+ laboratory service and radiology providers and private hospitals in network, Access to Care has a broad base of support in the community.
Our team will work with you to develop integrated marketing opportunities and customized programs that will further your brand’s business objectives while advancing ATC’s mission to facilitate access to primary health care services to those in need.
Support Access to Care by partnering your business with us as a Corporate Sponsor. Your ongoing support means your business can make a tangible difference to those in the community. For over 30 years Access to Care has cultivated relationships throughout suburban Cook County and northwest Chicago with various community and social service groups, such as Chambers of Commerce, faith-based organizations, Rotary, parents’ groups, Women in Business, Lions Club, VFW and many others. Businesses are encouraged to place the Access to Care logo on their site as well noting they support the local community by supporting the Suburban Primary Health Care Council.
We invite you to participate in this opportunity to increase your organization’s visibility by becoming a sponsor of Access to Care’s annual events. We need your support to make our goals a success. Your involvement will show the community your commitment to supporting local organizations and providing funding support to aid primary health care for low-income, uninsured, and underinsured individuals in suburban Cook County and northwest Chicago.

Sponsorship levels are varied and can be designed for every budget.
Want to support the program, but do not have funds available to contribute financially? In-kind sponsorships are enthusiastically welcome — whether you can provide printing services, website design or other applicable resources in lieu of a cash sponsorship—we welcome your support and can arrange for the appropriate level of recognition based on the value of your in-kind contribution.
Start a Fundraiser and support the Access to Care mission!
You can do anything to fundraise for Access to Care. Collect donations for every mile you run or ride, host a backyard dinner party under twinkle lights, sell lemonade or cookies, organize a classic car show, host a virtual event, or go all-out with a star-studded gala! If you can dream it, you can do it to help provide basic health care services to residents in our community. We have staff ready to answer questions or to brainstorm ideas.
Access to Care Staff can Provide…
- Advice for event organizer on volunteers, activities, fundraising, public relations, marketing, etc.
- Information on ATC services for distribution at the event or for PR efforts conducted by the sponsoring individual or organization.
- Assistance in promoting the event or activity on the Access to Care website and social media.
- Access to Care logo in an electronic format for event marketing materials.
- Participation in a check presentation or present at the event.
- Event website page for direct registration, ticket sales, and donations to Access to Care.
- A letter of thanks to event or activity donors.
CORPORATE MATCHING PROGRAMS
Multiply the impact of your employees’ contributions by joining our corporate matching program. By offering to match your employees’ contributions, you’re not only encouraging and supporting their philanthropic efforts but also doubling the power of their monetary contribution. It’s an easy way to double or even triple the impact of your donation. Ask your employer if they participate in a matching gift program and complete the necessary paperwork to have your gift matched.
When you make a donation to Access to Care, you help send immediate aid to low-income, uninsured and under-insured residents in our community who are in need of primary health care services. Your donation is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
