Be an Access to Care Provider
We are all connected by the belief that no one should have to do without basic health care.
Our partnerships with community-minded physicians wishing to give back to the neighborhoods in which they practice are invaluable to the success of Access to Care.
Currently, more than 500 physicians and physician groups volunteer to provide primary health care services to over 5,000 patients enrolled in the Access to Care program.
Will you join us?
You will be providing quality health care to lower-income, underserved suburban Cook County residents who have no health benefits. Participating physicians choose the number of Access to Care patients they will serve annually and are paid at a fixed enrollment rate per patient. Patients also pay a $5 fee at the time of each office visit.
We encourage you to read Member Stories, as they are a testament to valuable services provided by Access to Care.
Please contact Kimberly Mertz, Chief Operating Officer, for more information.
“Access to Care is better than giving free service or care.
It places philanthropy in an organized, funded, controlled environment.”
