The Diabetes Education Empowerment Program (DEEP™) workshop

Take control of your health with DEEP™, a program that helps people learn to manage diabetes. DEEP™ is a workshop designed to help individuals with pre-diabetes or diabetes, as well as their relatives and caregivers, gain a better understanding of diabetes self-care. Developed by the University of Illinois Chicago, the DEEP™ program is proudly offered by Access to Care to help you live a healthier life.
